科技的發展正以前所未有的速度改變我們的生活和工作方式。這為我們提供了巨大的機遇，同時也帶來了新的挑戰。同學們，讓我們積極掌握科技。科技不僅是一種工具，還能開拓我們的思維，擴展我們的視野，並激發我們的創造力。讓我們學會運用科技來獲取知識，拓展自己的學習領域，並與世界各地的人們進行交流與合作。

在暑假期間，觀看奧運比賽成為我們生活的一部分。每當國家隊和香港隊出賽時，大家都同心為運動員打氣。奧運比賽提醒了我們一些重要的價值觀：公正、堅毅、追求卓越、尊重和合作。運動比賽講求公平公正，運動員目標明確，努力不懈，力求完美。他們具團隊精神，經驗豐富的運動員樂於幫助年輕選手成長。雖然不同國籍的運動員在比賽場上是對手，但彼此之間互相尊重，有些甚至成為朋友。這正好提醒我們價值觀教育的重要性。價值觀影響著我們的思想、行為和選擇，引導我們作出正確的判斷，與他人和諧相處，並為社會的進步做出積極貢獻。同時，讓我們學會尊重他人的觀點和文化背景，攜手建立一個更加包容和諧的社會。

追求卓越是我們在學習和生活中的重要目標。卓越不僅體現在學術成績上，還體現在我們對待工作、興趣和人際關係的態度。同學們，讓我們以積極的態度對待學習，追求卓越的學術成就，並培養興趣和專長，在這些領域中取得豐碩的成果。卓越不僅僅是一個結果，更是一種持續的努力和追求。讓我們不斷挑戰自己，超越自我。

最後，我希望每位同學都能成為有時代感的世界公民。這意味著我們要關注國際事務，了解不同國家和文化之間的聯繫與相互依存。讓我們以開放的心態，接受全球視野，並積極參與國際交流和合作。同時，我們也要關注世界面臨的問題，如氣候變化、不平等和貧窮等。讓我們思考如何通過自己的行動和貢獻來協助解決這些問題，為建設更美好的世界貢獻一分力量。

From the Supervisor's Desk

In this rapidly changing era, it is crucial for us to elevate our learning to a higher priority, keep our fingers on the pulse, and establish the positive values to become a global citizen.

Entirely different from the past, the high-speed technological development nowadays is drastically molding our way of life and work. My dear students, let us actively embrace technology. Apart from new challenges, technology actually brings us with tremendous opportunities. Technology does not only serve as a tool, but can expand our thinking, broaden our horizons, as well as stimulate our creativity. To make good use of technology, we should acquire new knowledge, expand our learning domains, and engage in effective communication and collaboration with people around the world.

Furthermore, our school places great emphasis on values education. Values influence our thoughts, actions, and choices. Particularly, the attributes of respect, justice, cooperation, and care would guide us in making the right judgments, fostering harmonious relationships with others, as well as making positive contributions to social development. At the same time, we should learn to respect others' perspectives and cultural backgrounds. Putting these into actions, we will be able to build a more inclusive and harmonious community.

Pursuing excellence is an important goal in our learning and our whole life. Excellence is reflected in terms of academic achievements as well as our attitudes towards work, hobbies, and relationships. On their path to strive for academic excellence, students should approach studies with a positive attitude. They should also widen their scope of knowledge to explore their own interests and aptitudes; and progressively unleash their potential in specific areas. Excellence is not solely an outcome; but a continuous effort and pursuit for us to constantly challenge ourselves and surpass our own limits.

Lastly, I hope that every student can become a global citizen who keeps ahead of the curve. You should sharpen your awareness towards international affairs; so as to understand the connections and interdependency among different countries and cultures. Specifically, students should actively participate in international exchanges and collaborations, as well as bear an open mindset with a global perspective. Attention should also be paid to the world issues, such as climate change, poverty and inequality. Remember, we can all play a role in solving related problems through actions and efforts in building a better world.

Our targets are pursuing excellence, embracing technology, developing positive values, and becoming a contemporary global citizen. Through our efforts and perseverance, I strongly believe that we would be able to succeed in this era of opportunities and challenges and make significant contributions to the progress of society.
